Life is happening! When it happens in a way that does not meet our expectations, disconnects us from those we care about, or prevents us from pursuing our goals, we can find ourselves feeling "stuck." I practice with the strong foundation that warmth, validation, and fostering healthy connections with oneself and others is critical to meeting our needs. My role is to facilitate encouragement, change, and/or the ability to tolerate the difficulties in life.

I am a generalist, meaning I work with diverse clients with diverse concerns and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I currently work with adults in individual psychotherapy.

I work with the following concerns, and more:

Anxiety
Depression
Family conflict
Interpersonal Violence/Trauma
Grief and Loss
Life Transitions and Adjustments
Racial and Cultural Trauma/Concerns
Relationship Challenges
Self-esteem
Self-harm
Spirituality
Stress
Women's Issues
